Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), business data you enter (customers, vehicles, parts, jobs, sales), and usage telemetry (pages, feature use, performance).
2. How we use it
To provide the service, communicate with you about it, bill, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sub-processors
Twilio (messaging), Resend (email), Paddle (billing), MinIO host & VPS provider, Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare (DNS / DDoS), Better Stack (uptime), Intuit / Xero (accounting, opt-in), Google (OAuth, opt-in), PostHog (analytics).
4. International transfers
Data is stored in the launch region. Enterprise tier offers regional data residency.
5. Retention
Active business data is retained while your account is active. Financial records are retained for 7 years post-cancellation per accounting norms. Other personal data is anonymised on deletion.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, port, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy, or by emailing [email protected].
7. Cookies
Essential cookies for authentication; analytics cookies with consent.
8. Children's data
The service is not directed at users under 16.
