Terms of Service

By creating a Turetic account, you agree to these Terms. You must have legal capacity to bind the business you represent.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, including the actions of staff you invite.

Paid plans are billed via Paddle. Prices are in USD; local taxes are added at checkout. Plan limits are enforced server-side.

See the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

You own the customer, vehicle, parts, sales, service, and accounting data you enter into Turetic. We process it on your behalf as your data processor.

Turetic retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, code, and brand.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid to Turetic in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can cancel any time. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation; full deletion is available on request.
