14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Email [email protected] before the 14th day with the reason; we’ll process the refund through Paddle within 3 business days.

We do not pro-rate refunds for the current billing period. Your plan stays active until the period end, after which you drop to Free tier (read-mostly mode if over Free limits).

Paddle retries failed payments per its standard schedule. After 7 days past-due, your account moves to read-mostly mode. After 30 days, the subscription is cancelled but data is retained for 90 more days.
